What now? Life returns back to normal. I’m working on homework, chatting on AIM, and surfing the internet. Tomorrow I go to work. Life will return to normal. Should it?

Good question.
You may continue on with your daily routine but I doubt life will ever be normal.

I’ve been thinking about that question since yesterday. On the one hand, I think it should. God put you here for a purpose, to do this stuff that you do every day.
On the other hand, He showed you some stuff that should affect the way you live. Everything is the same, but painted with a new brush.

It should return to normal… however, considering the department you work in, and the people in offices near yours, does normal ever apply?…

Cal, you imply that DSSA isn’t normal? I say we are normal and all others are abnormal.

Um… tech support isn’t exactly normal… it is so much fun to work there though
We dont associate with you all much (cept for lunch) so I dont know if we’ve infected you with our insanity… then again, you used to be one of us so there is no way you can count yourself as normal

Finally getting a chance to catch up with a few things… sorry my schedule has been keeping me so insane (there I go trying to blame something else for my insanity again)
Never return to the same place in the sense that you should always be changing and moving forward. Whether it is moving forward in acting out compassion, having a more active prayer life, having more patience with the human condition or one of many more tangible lessons. Geography and schedules may not change much, but there is much we can change about what we do where we’re at with what we’ve got.
