Happy Valentine’s Day

This Valentine’s day is a sad day for me. I’ve been in a long term relationship that I think is working on coming to an end. We’ve enjoyed great times together. We’ve had our ups and downs, good and bads but alas all things must come to an end. It all started to deteriorate last week when communication started to break down. We just couldn’t communicate well any more and our interactions would end with a freezing. I think their might be hope but it will take some time and doings.

Ok, so my love is my laptop. The problem is my video card. I think I can buy one on E-Bay and have it sent over. I’m just trying to find someone flying this way in the near future who can fly with it so I don’t have to trust it to the postal system.

Have a Happy Valentines day! Or  a Singles Awareness Day if that is better

BTW, I’ve put some new photos up on my albums.

That was pretty good, Ryan! I thought “he never changed his status from “single” on facebook! Ha,Ha!! I laughed pretty hard when I got to the second paragraph! Very creative! I will have to take a look at your pictures sometime soon, but right now I have to get back to the wonderful world of interlibrary loan! ~Jamie

You REALLY had us going for awhile! My word! We were worried about you — and confused, too. But just keeping reading … and it all made sense.

“It will take some time and some doings”?
Oh friend. I think your english is suffering.
But it’s good to hear something from you . . . not about going to the bathroom.
(ps. . . you got my dad sold on that. I think he’s going to try to construct some kind of apparatus.)

Sad. Truly sad. Your love is your laptop? Find a woman. Woman.
    Websters defines woman as:

a: an adult female person b: a woman belonging to a particular category (as by birth, residence, membership, or occupation) — usually used in combination
    2: womankind
3: distinctively feminine nature : womanliness

I can’t believe I had to define woman on a blog comment.

    :-)

Jamie, hmm, I will have to make sure that all my info is up to date on facebook. I don’t think i’ve looked at what’s there in a while.

Leah, why am I not surprised your dad is sold on the idea. If I may give my 2 cents. I think it only works if it is an outhouse. I really think they missed the importance of the freezing cold temperatures in the studies.

Dan, yeah, you really don’t need to define women for me. There are plenty of there here that would love a trip to the states. :-) And they are plenty attractive and smart too. hmm, why am is single???

I enjoyed looking at your pictures! It looks like you have a great host family:) You make some great faces too, the American meat one:)

I hope you are well today! ~Jamie

I was confused cause I didn’t know you were in a relationship. Then I was upset cause you didn’t tell me. You got me good for a second or so. Take care.

I need to read your blog a little more often. I was confused as well by your little post. I often think your gonna come back married, but didn’t expect you to be having a heartache so soon over there. Whew. At least it is with your computer. Just give it time, and it will come around, or commit suicide. Either one. Even though I’m not sure which one is necessarily better(or worse for that matter). Oh well. Gots to get back to doing other things!

Oh, and I quickly discovered that your website(maybe mine too now that I think of it) doesn’t like vista’s ie7(I know I know) Well at least I have something new to research!

Oh how behind I am in the lives of my ex-coworkers…
Good to hear you’re still alive. Sad to hear your computer is dying. Or… have you fixed it since this posting? (it’s been a few months)
